Yes, a damage deposit is required from each operator. The damage deposit is $100 on a credit card or $150 on a debit card which cannot be split or paid for another operator. The deposit is released when the jet ski is returned with no damage but may take several days to reflect with your bank

For safety reasons, it is required that you are comfortable in the water and physically fit enough to re-board the watercraft without help. Life jackets are supplied and are mandatory.

For a safe and fun time on the water, we have a 2-person or combined weight of 350 lbs limit. All operators and passengers must be present at check-in.

For liability reasons, we only allow a maximum of 2 drivers or passengers to be assigned to each jet ski.

A 24-hour notice is required for cancellation. To cancel, the reservation holder must contact us by phone call or text at (312) 420-0118 and include your full name, and reservation number. If weather conditions deem the waters unsafe, we can reschedule or issue a full refund.

Rental services will be denied to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The reservation charge will be forfeited, and no rescheduling will be allowed.
